Stefani has lived in or around Canby her whole life. She and her husband Paul have two grown children, a wonderful son-in-law and a new grandson—which is one of the top highlights of Stefani’s life.
She partners with her husband Paul, the firm’s CEO, while also running day-to-day operations across the family’s other businesses — The Carlson Ranch, a floral design company, a salon and others. Stefani is known for building systems that let people do their best work, whether that’s training the next generation of advisors or making sure clients feel genuinely cared for. Outside the office she’s a floral designer, a flower farmer, and a cattle rancher, who treats the land as both livelihood and ministry.
At the heart of it all, Stefani’s work is rooted in her love for the Lord and a desire to be a faithful steward of everything He’s entrusted to her.
