Estimate Your RMD
Once you reach RMD age, the IRS requires you to withdraw a minimum amount from traditional IRAs and most employer plans each year. Enter your balance and age to estimate this year’s required withdrawal and how it may change in the years ahead.
About these numbers
Uses the IRS Uniform Lifetime Table. If your spouse is your sole beneficiary and more than 10 years younger, a different table applies and your RMD would be lower. Inherited accounts follow different rules. Projections assume the stated return is earned every year and only the RMD is withdrawn.
