Monthly Budget
A budget starts with two numbers: what comes in and what goes out. Enter your typical month to see your cash flow and where your money goes. Whether you end up with a surplus or a shortfall, knowing the number is a good first step.
About these numbers
Adds the monthly amounts you enter and subtracts expenses from income. "Essentials" groups housing, utilities, food, transportation, and other expenses. Irregular costs such as annual premiums or holidays are not included unless you spread them into a monthly figure.
